After weeks of contemplating what the next collection’s theme would be, I felt completely unexcited about any idea I’d tossed around. I was sitting with my husband at the kitchen table one evening and asked him, “Can I show you how I used to draw faces as a kid?” After drawing a few different faces with various expressions, we quickly realized they were going to be our muses. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCollection Two: Our Many Faces pays homage to the faces we wear, our features that make us unique, the many emotions we experience (sometimes all at once) and the complexities of being human. On a personal level, it’s a collection of looking inward - something I’d forgotten to do or passed over when searching for inspiration. A way to draw out and make sense of what this year has brought so far.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eGrief has swallowed me whole, and has spit up my sadness in a million little pieces. Confusion has created a thunderstorm of mismatched thoughts above my head. Joy has levitated me. Love has cradled me in its warm, glowing light. Stress has melted me into a pool, seeping through fingers when attempting to be picked up. Hope has carried my soul like a giant, making even my sharpest mountains of fear and doubt seem like hills.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDrawing these faces have soothed me, and I think my inner child, too. It’s like I have a younger me by my side.
